Adaptive Division and Analysis Data Extraction of Air-Cooled Turbine Blade for Pipe Network Calculation

چکیده

Manually preparing the data for analysis of calculation a pipe network air-cooled turbine blades is inefficient. In this paper, method to adaptively divide blade model and extract flow units proposed. method, topological lines channels calculations were extracted based on simulatedfluid flow. The abstracted fluid area used replace manual interpretation expertsto realize adaptive division understand connection relationship layout spatial network. addition, by establishing basic unit library constructing specific algorithm, we quickly from typical units. Finally, proposed algorithm verified with representative case study. results illustrated that our could cut down pre-processing in several minutes hours required while providing reliable quality.
